"TW" - Couplings from the Specialist
TW couplings acc. DIN 28450 were developed approximately fifty years
ago, mainly by ELAFLEX. These couplings with their simple and leak-free connection substituted
many non-standardised couplings.
During the past few years prices and quality came under pressure with many suppliers. One should not forget
what it is all about in the refuelling business: good value products - without compromising safety and
functionality.
ELAFLEX "TW" couplings are manufactured according tight quality standards:
- good wall thickness for robustness and long service life
- dimensions checked with exact measuring equipment, thus reliable functioning
- brass couplings are hot stamped
- stainless steel couplings are investment casted, free of shrink holes and with high value electro-polished surface
- good finish
- first choice spares, i.e. springs, bolts and sealings
