Hose assemblies and rubber expansion joints may fall under the European Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC.

ELAFLEX has been certified according to this directive by the Germanische Lloyd. This permits ELAFLEX to mark products of the categories I and II with the "CE" sign and to issue conformity declarations.
